Running in Stardew Valley is the default movement speed! So, no extra buttons needed. If you feel like you're moving slow, make sure you're not carrying too much stuff because being over-encumbered can slow you down. And, of course, keep those energy levels up!

There's no specific "run" button because your character is always running. If you wanna go faster, get yourself a coffee or a horse. Coffee makes you zip around a bit quicker, and riding a horse? That's the fast lane in Stardew Valley.

Actually, you can't truly 'run' because that's your base speed. Walking slower? Now, that requires holding down the 'shift' key or toggling the always run option in the menu to off. Want real speed? Horses and coffee are your best friends.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
