I tried this myself! Lure them into a fenced area, drop some cloudberries, and watch the magic happen. Takes a bit of patience!

Don’t bother taming lox. Too much effort for not enough reward. Better spend your time hunting trolls.

To tame a lox in Valheim, you need to feed them barley, cloudberries, or flax. Just toss the food near them and back away. After some time, you'll see hearts indicating taming progress!
