PvP in Valheim is optional and requires all players involved to enable PvP mode in their inventory settings. You can toggle it on or off by clicking the axes icon in the top-right corner of your inventory screen. Let the Viking duels begin!

Why would you PvP when you can build giant mead halls together? Just toggle it on in your inventory if you must.

Basically, both players need to enable the PvP toggle in their inventory. Just click the crossed swords icon and you鈥檙e good to go!
