Don't forget, if you let your chickens outside, they can eat the grass directly from the ground, saving you from using up your hay stockpile. Just make sure to close the coop door at night to keep them safe.

Hay is key! But honestly? Letting them outside to eat grass is not just easier, it also makes them happier. Happier chickens = better quality eggs. It's a win-win!

Feeding your chickens in Stardew Valley is super simple! Just make sure you have hay ready - you can get it from cutting grass with a scythe or buying it from Marnie's Ranch. Place the hay on the feeding bench inside your coop, and your feathered friends will munch on it happily!

No hay? No egg. Remember to stock up, especially in winter when grass doesn't grow.

Actually, letting chickens graze is the real pro move. Saves hay and gives you top-tier eggs.
