How long does it take for Sturgeon Roe to be ready in Stardew Valley?

It takes a week to turn that Sturgeon Roe into caviar. Worth the wait though, because caviar sells for a nice chunk of change in Stardew Valley. Also, if you're playing the social game, it's a pretty impressive gift for some of the villagers!

Honestly, just focus on crops. Fish products take too long and aren't worth the hassle. Caviar is cool and all, but your time is better spent elsewhere, IMO.

Sturgeon Roe in Stardew Valley needs an aging process in a preserves jar or a keg. It doesn't exactly 'age' but gets processed into caviar, which takes 7 days in the game. Make sure you've got a sturgeon caught from the mountain lake during summer or winter to produce that Roe first!
