40 minutes at 400°F does the job for me. Quicker but still tasty!
45-60 minutes at 350°F should do the trick. Just check that the chicken is cooked through and not pink in the middle.
If you're baking chicken curry in the oven, aim for 1 hour at 375°F (190°C). Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for safety!
