In anime, age is just a number! But seriously, Lelouch is 17 and C.C. is... well, immortal. So, take your pick!

Lelouch is 17 when the series begins, and most of his friends are around the same age.

Lelouch is 17 at the start, but some of the older characters like Charles zi Britannia are ancient enough to have a history book written about them!

Suzaku and Lelouch are teenagers, around 17 years old early on. C.C.'s age is basically a mystery but she's older than everyone.
