In Stardew Valley, your character's age isn't specified. You start as an adult who's left the hustle of corporate life to take over your grandpa's farm. So, it's safe to assume you're young enough to farm but old enough to want a change from desk job life.

You're as old as you feel in Stardew Valley! Technically, the game doesn't define your age. So if you wanna be 20 with the energy to farm all day, you go for it!
