To unlock Ginger Island in Stardew Valley, you gotta complete the Community Center (or Joja Warehouse if you went that route) to make Willy send you a letter the next day. He'll invite you to the back room of his shop where he reveals his old boat. Now, the twist is, you need to bring him 200 hardwood, 5 iridium bars, and 5 battery packs to fix the boat. Once you've gathered all that and handed it over, congrats! You've unlocked access to Ginger Island.

Been there, done that! Fixing Willy's boat feels like a quest on its own but oh boy, Ginger Island is worth it! Make sure you've got those materials ready; 200 hardwood isn't as easy to come by as you'd think. And once you're there, enjoy! The island has some unique features and crops you won't find anywhere else in Stardew.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
