You can't edit a previous message to add an image, but you can upload the image separately right after and refer to the previous message!

If you want to include an image in a specific part of a message, copy the message, delete it, and repost with the image included.
Sorry, but Discord doesn't let you edit messages to attach images. You'll need to send the image in a new message.
I just repost the message with the image included. It's a bit annoying, but it works!
