Honestly, just transfer the money to your bank account from Cash App and then from the bank to PayPal. Easy peasy!
Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer from Cash App to PayPal. You'll need an intermediary like a bank account.
People do it by moving funds from Cash App to a bank, then transferring that to PayPal. Worked for me without any hitches!
