Attaching bait in Stardew Valley is pretty simple! First, make sure you've got a fishing rod that can actually use bait (the Bamboo Pole won't work, so you'll need the Fiberglass Rod or better). Then, open your inventory, pick up the bait with your cursor, and right-click on the rod. Boom! You're all set to catch some fish.

To attach bait, just right-click the bait then your rod. But remember, ONLY works with Fiberglass Rod or Iridium Rod. Bamboo Pole is a no-go for bait.

Honestly, why bother with bait? Just enjoy the chill fishing vibes. Catching more or less doesn鈥檛 matter much.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
