Honestly, just use the fiberglass rod, open inventory, press A on bait, then X to apply. If you're using basic rod, you're out of luck. Upgrade!

Attaching bait in Stardew Valley on Xbox is super easy! Just make sure you've got a rod that can actually use bait (fiberglass or iridium). Open your inventory, grab the bait with 'A', and then slap that bait onto your rod with 'X'. Happy fishing!

To attach bait on Xbox, first, open your inventory and then select the bait. After that, press 'A' to pick up the bait. Find your fishing rod (it needs to be at least fiberglass or better) and press 'X' to attach the bait to it. Voila! You're all set to go fishing with bait.

Just drag and drop, mate. Oh wait, it's Xbox... so, press A on the bait, then X on the rod. Done.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
