If you're on Quick Chat and want to switch to Free Chat, you'll need to be logged in and verify your age as 13 or older.
Make sure your language settings permit chatting. Parental controls on your device might also block this feature.
Chatting options depend on age verification. If you're under 13, you can only use Quick Chat. It's a bit restrictive but keeps it safe.
From my experience, you just hit that little chat bubble icon and type away. If it's restricted, check your settings!
