Use a character with good range; their long reach can help you stay out of his nasty grab range. Good luck!
Honestly, spam moves that are fast and keep you mobile. Characters like Hwoarang or Ling Xiaoyu work best to dance around him.
Don鈥檛 underestimate the block button! Blocking and punishing Jinpachi鈥檚 slow recovery moves can give you the upper hand.
