Use any ranged weapons you have, like the Draugr Fang bow, while staying mobile. If you get too close, her melee attacks will wreck you. Keep your distance, and keep chipping away at her health!
Honestly, just cheese her with bows and arrows. Keep running around and shooting until she goes down. Might take some time but it's safer.
I've beaten the Queen a few times; teamwork's your best bet! Get a group of friends, and have some distract while others attack. Communication is key. Divide and conquer!
Just remember to always have a backup weapon. Sometimes your primary breaks, and you don't want to be caught with your pants down!
