You can block payments by going to 'Account Settings' → 'Payments' → 'Manage pre-approved payments' and cancel the subscriptions you don't want.
You can't technically 'block' payments, but you can cancel any pre-approved payments under 'Settings'.
Go to your PayPal account, click on 'Settings' (the gear icon), navigate to 'Payments', and turn off 'Pre-approved payments'. Easy peasy!
Been there, done that. Just cancel the pre-approved payments in the 'Payments' section of your settings. It works every time!
