Unfortunately, there's no in-game option to block players in Among Us. Your best bet is to leave the game and find a new lobby.

No way to block people in Among Us. Just quit and rejoin a different game.

You can't directly block someone in Among Us, but you can report them to the game developers if they're being inappropriate. Just click on their name in the lobby and select 'Report.'
