To smash those beefy boulders blocking your farm's feng shui in Stardew Valley, you gotta upgrade your pickaxe. Start with the basic copper upgrade, then keep leveling up your gear at Clint’s blacksmith shop. Copper, steel, gold, then iridium - the stronger the pickaxe, the bigger the rock you can smash.

Just whack 'em with an upgraded pickaxe. Upgrading is key!

For the record, I totally ignored the big rocks at first, thinking they'd just be decorative or something. Turns out you can indeed break them, but only after you’ve upgraded your pickaxe. A trip to the blacksmith and some patience with copper ore farming, and bam, you're in the rock-breaking business.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
