Just mash 1 or 2 like your life depends on it—and maybe it does if you're in a tournament! Seriously tho, learn the animations for different grabs to time your breaks better.

To break a grab in Tekken 7, you need to press the correct button that corresponds to the type of throw your opponent uses. Generally, pressing 1 (left punch) breaks left throws, 2 (right punch) breaks right throws, and both 1+2 breaks command throws. Timing is key, so practice makes perfect!

Press 1 to break left-hand grabs, 2 to break right-hand grabs, and 1+2 for command throws. Watch the opponent's hand movements closely to react quickly.

Someone who plays a lot like me knows, it’s all about knowing your opponent’s hand movements. Left hand out? Smash 1. Right hand? Smash 2! Big moves? 1+2.

Breaking grabs in Tekken 7 is mostly about recognizing the grab type and pressing the right buttons in response. Keep practicing and you'll get the hang of it!
