To breed 2-star boars in Valheim, make sure you catch two 2-star boars first. Build an enclosure, feed them with Raspberries or Blueberries, and give them some privacy to get in the mood. Soon enough, you'll have adorable boar piglets running around!
Pro tip from personal experience: make sure your enclosure is boar-proof. Those little guys love to escape when you're not looking. Learned that the hard way!
