How to Cancel a PayPal Account
You can't cancel a PayPal account on the app. Use a browser, go to 'Settings,' and close it from there. Easy peasy.

First, login to your PayPal account. Go to 'Settings' by clicking the gear icon, then select 'Close your account' at the bottom of the 'Account' tab. Follow the instructions and confirm the closure!
Just did this last week! Sign into PayPal, click the gear icon for 'Settings,' go to 'Account' tab, and scroll down to 'Close your account.' Confirm and you're done!
Actually, you don't cancel PayPal accounts, you close them. Just head to account settings.
