How to Cancel a Pending Transaction on PayPal
I've done this before; just go to your PayPal 'Activity' page, find the transaction, and if it says 'Pending' with a cancel button, click that! If not, you're outta luck and need to contact the recipient or wait it out.

You can cancel a pending PayPal transaction if there's a cancel button next to it. Just log in, go to 'Activity', find the transaction, and hit 'Cancel', if available. If there's no cancel option, you'll need to wait for it to clear and contact the recipient.
Check your PayPal account under 'Activity' for a pending transaction. If there鈥檚 a 'Cancel' button, click it. If not, contact the recipient or PayPal support.
If there's no 'Cancel' button on your pending transaction, you can't cancel. Sorry!
