Log into your PayPal account, find the transaction under 'Activity', and cancel it if it hasn’t been processed yet!
If the payment isn't claimed yet, go to 'Activity', select the payment, and you'll see the option to cancel it. Done and done.
Just contact the recipient and request a refund if the payment has already gone through. That's usually faster!
