Open PayPal, go to 'Activity,' select the pending payment, and click 'Cancel.' If the option's not there, you might be out of luck, friend.

Just did this last week: log into PayPal, hit 'Activity,' find the pending transaction, and select 'Cancel' if it's available. If not, contacting the seller directly might be your best shot.
