How to Cancel Sent Money on PayPal
You can only cancel a PayPal payment if it's still pending. Go to Activity, find the payment, and click 'Cancel'. If it's completed, ask the recipient for a refund.

Pending payment you can cancel via the Activity page. If completed, contact the recipient or open a dispute.
You can't cancel after it's completed. Just ask for a refund.
Been there, done that! Just hit up the Activity tab, find your payment, and if it's pending, you can cancel it. If not, time to message the recipient or file a dispute!
