Just head to the Ocean in Summer, 6am-1pm. Use a good rod and bait. Honestly, it's more luck than skill.

Catching an octopus in Stardew Valley is a true test of patience and skill. First, make sure you're fishing during the Summer, from 6am to 1pm, at the Ocean. Use a high-quality fishing rod (Iridium if possible) and bait to increase your chances. The octopus is notorious for its difficult catch pattern, so keep your cool and be ready for a tough battle. A Trap Bobber can also make a huge difference since it slows down the escape rate of fish. Good luck, you'll need it!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!
