To catch shrimp in Stardew Valley, you'll need to craft or buy a crab pot, then place it in the water. You can put it in the ocean or in freshwater. Don't forget to bait your crab pot with any kind of bait, and check it the next day. Shrimp isn't guaranteed every time, but keep trying!

Just drop a crab pot in the water and make sure it's baited. Ocean's your best bet for shrimp. Patience is key!

Honestly, crab pots are a hit or miss for shrimp. Sometimes it feels like you'll get everything but shrimp. Keep at it, though. It's a numbers game.

Crab pots. Ocean. Bait. That's the holy trinity for catching shrimp in Stardew. Don't waste your time fishing with a rod for them, it won't work.
