Tried catching tuna for hours but no luck. Then I realized I was fishing in the wrong season. Make sure it's summer or winter!

Just go to the ocean in summer or winter, lol. That's literally it.

Catching tuna in Stardew Valley is pretty straightforward but requires patience. First, make sure you're fishing during the summer or winter, as those are the only seasons tuna are available. Head to the ocean between 6 AM and 7 PM game time, which is the best window to catch them. Use a decent rod (I recommend at least the fiberglass one) and keep an eye on your fishing bar. Tuna can be a bit feisty, so be ready for a bit of a fight!

Honestly, catching fish in Stardew Valley tests your patience more than skill. For tuna, just fish at the ocean during summer or winter. The rest is just waiting for the bite and being quick on the reel.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
