Start fresh! Just uninstall Among Us from your device, then reinstall it. When you open it up the first time, you'll be prompted to set your age again.
You can't change your age directly in Among Us mobile. You have to reinstall the game and set your age again during the first launch. Bit of a hassle, but it's the only way!
I had to change my age too! I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, then it let me set my age again during the initial setup. Easy peasy!
