How to Change Business PayPal Account to Personal?

Honestly, you're better off creating a new Personal account and closing the Business one.
You can't directly change a Business account to a Personal account on PayPal. Instead, you need to close your Business account and then create a new Personal account. Make sure to transfer any remaining balance to your bank before doing this!
Got stuck in this situation before. You gotta close the Business account first, then open a new Personal account. No shortcuts here!
