Easy peasy! Just go into your Server Settings, click on 'Overview,' and you'll see the Server Region option. Select your preferred region and voila, you're done!

From personal experience, changing the server region can fix some connection issues! Just pop into Server Settings, then 'Overview', and select a new region.
