Sorry to break it to you, but you can't change your farm's name in Stardew Valley after you've set it at the beginning of the game. Your best bet is to start a fresh game if you're really committed to a new name.

Actually, there's a kinda sneaky way to do it but it involves editing your save file. It's a bit technical and you should definitely back up your save file first in case something goes wrong. Look up a guide online for step-by-step instructions!
