Changing the language in Stardew Valley is pretty straightforward! Just go to the title screen, hit the 'language' button at the bottom right, and select your preferred language from the list. Don’t worry if you’ve started the game already; you can switch languages anytime you’re at the title screen.

Just a heads up, switching languages changes all the in-game text but not the voice since, well, there's no voice acting in Stardew Valley. So, read away in your preferred language!
