Seriously, just click the little gear icon for Settings, then Security, and then you can change it. Done in 2 minutes tops.
Log in to your PayPal account, go to Settings (gear icon), click Security, and then update your password. Easy peasy!
Settings -> Security -> Change Password. Boom, sorted.
