Open the PayPal app, tap the gear icon (鈿欙笍) for settings, then select 'Security.' Tap 'Password,' enter your current password, then type your new one twice. Done!
Settings -> Security -> Password. Easy-peasy!
From personal experience, open the app, head to settings, tap 'Security', then 'Password', and follow the instructions. Took me about 2 minutes last week!
