How to Change PayPal Username
It's a bit tricky! Go to Settings > Account Settings > Username. You can only change it if you have a business account, though.

Just did this last week! Head over to your profile settings. If you need to change your name, you'll have to upload a form of ID for verification.
Ya can't really change your username, but you can update your name by submitting documentation like your ID.
