From my experience, you have to work with the plays the game gives you. Focus on upgrading your players to maximize their effectiveness!
Hot take: You can't change plays because Retro Bowl is all about quick thinking and adaptability, not over-complicating strategy.
Unfortunately, Retro Bowl doesn't let you change plays like in some other football games. Just roll with the punches and adapt on the fly!
