Unfortunately, you can't officially change your farm name in Stardew Valley after you've started your game. The farm name is set in stone once you've created your character and started playing. If you're really committed to a name change, you'd have to start a new save file or try editing your save file manually, which can be risky and is definitely not recommended for the faint of heart!
