Just create a lobby, tap the computer icon, go to 'Game', and there you can tweak the 'Player Speed' setting!

You can change the speed by hosting a game, then going into the game settings under the 'Custom' tab and adjusting 'Player Speed'.

Simply host a game, click the little laptop in the lobby, and you'll find the speed settings in the 'Game' section. Easy peasy!
