Open Among Us, go to the main menu, tap on the account icon (top left), and change your username there. Easy peasy!

Just hit the settings icon at the top left once you're in the main menu, then change your name in the user profile section!

You can't change your username while in a game. Quit to the main menu, tap the account icon in the top left, and edit your username there.
