You can change your age by deleting the playerPrefs file entirely and restarting the game, which will prompt you to enter your age again.
Honestly, just make a new account. It's probably the least messy way to fix this.
I've done it by editing the playerPrefs file. Go to C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\LocalLow\Innersloth\Among Us and open playerPrefs with Notepad. Look for the 'birthYear' field and change it to your desired age.
