I tried changing mine once by fiddling with the save files. It worked, but please, please make sure you backup your files first. Messing with game data can lead to tears if something goes wrong.

Can't be done in-game, fam. Once you name your farm, that's the name for life. Kinda like naming a pet, but with more crops.

Sorry to burst the bubble, but you can't change your farm name in-game after you've set it. The only way to do it is by editing your save file, which can be risky. Always make backups before you mess with game files!
