Changing your hair in Stardew Valley is actually pretty easy! You'll need to visit the Wizard's Tower, which is located in the southwestern part of Cindersap Forest. Once you become good enough friends with the Wizard (you need to have at least 4 hearts of friendship), he'll give you access to his basement. This is where the Shrine of Illusions is, and for a mere 500g, you can change your appearance, including your hair!
