Main menu -> Account -> Pencil icon -> Type new name -> Confirm. Done!

Super easy! Open Among Us, go to the main menu, and click on 'Account' in the upper left corner. Then, click on the pencil icon next to your current name, type in the new name, and hit 'Confirm'.
