Just head to Server Settings -> Audit Log. You’ll see a list of all the changes along with who made them!

If you're an admin, you can go to Server Settings and find the Audit Log there. Super straightforward.

You need to be an admin or have 'View Audit Log' permission. Then go to Server Settings and click 'Audit Log'. Done!
