Unfortunately, there's no in-game clock in Valheim, but you can use the position of the sun in the sky to estimate time鈥攚hen it's high noon, it's around midday!
Just look at the sky and guess. If it's dark, it's night. If it's bright, it's day. Easy peasy!
From experience, remember that most enemies get nastier at night, so if you're getting swarmed, it's probably not the best time to be out!
