So, getting hay out of your silo in Stardew Valley is super easy! Just go up to the feeder inside your coop or barn and interact with it. If there's hay in your silo, it'll automatically move to your inventory or the feeding bench. Handy right? Especially during those winter days when your farm animals are hungrier than a bear waking up from hibernation!

Pro tip: Keep an eye on your hay levels in the silo, especially in winter. Running out can have your animals giving you the cold shoulder, and nobody wants that. I ran out once, and let me tell you, those were some sad, hungry chickens. Check the quantity by right-clicking your silo.
