How to Complete the Dark Talisman Quest in Stardew Valley
Oh, the Dark Talisman, a classic! First, you gotta chat with the Wizard who'll tell you about his ex-wife needing it for a magic barrier. Then, make your way over to the Railroad area where a new cave has magically appeared, thanks to a special event. Inside, navigate through the cave until you find the Dark Talisman guarded by monsters. Grab it, and voila, mission accomplished!

Just barge into the Railroad after talking to the Wizard. The cave is not too tough, and the Talisman is basically yours for the taking. Easy peasy.
Don't worry about it too much. The monsters aren't that tough if you've upgraded your tools. Plus, the real challenge is figuring out what to do with all the cool stuff you find in the cave!
Honestly, just make sure your inventory isn't full before you head into that cave. Nothing worse than finding the Talisman and realizing you have to drop something valuable to make room for it.
