First, build two portals. Then, name them the same thing by interacting with them. Voila, now they're connected!

Set the tags identical on both portals, and you're all set. Just try not to name them 'portal1' like everyone else does!

From experience: make sure both portals have the exact same name, down to the capitalization. Otherwise, you'll be running back manually!
